Jordan studied at Manchester University specialising in Nutritional Science. After completing this degree Jordan’s interests in the hospitality and catering industry magnified. His next step was completing a Chefs course which gave him valuable information on how to run a successful kitchen. He also started marketing for different food related businesses in the Manchester area.
Jordan is responsible for all back of house operations. Focusing on food health & safety standards, innovative menu changes, maintaining quality, stock, budget management
Klaus is the other driving force behind Casa Mexica.
A trained merchant banker, he has been self employed for over 35 years and has been in charge of several successful UK businesses, including a 120 seater restaurant.
Klaus is in charge of the expansion of the company, over seeing operational matters and financial aspects.
Andrea Moya Romero
Andrea came to the UK from Spain to complete her English studies. She started as front of house, her ambitious drive promoted her quickly from Chef to Burrito Bar Manager, and now business partner. Andrea successfully opened a joint new vegan venue in Manchester called Folk and Soul. This opportunity gave her the necessary experience to see the setup requirements needed for all aspects of running a food outlet.
Plans and finance
Casa Mexica are now looking for multiple units in all major UK cities. High footfall locations, A3 planning use and an alcohol licence are essential requirements for us to trade.
Finance has been secured for our expansion plans.
